In April, Aleksandar Projects submitted a Development Application for the design of five bespoke residential apartments at Ramsgate Avenue, North Bondi. The proposed design will replace an existing 3-storey apartment complex that overlooks Bondi Beach. Our design concept works to maximise the ocean views, while greatly improving the existing streetscape with its modern architectural form.
