Aleksandar Projects has been declared winner of an invited competition for Excellence in Design of a new, 27 storey mixed-use building, consisting of 140 residential apartments, and 500m2 of retail + commercial spaces in Parramatta. The Jury’s response to our winning design was that it is “a simple and elegant design, that relies on the high-quality façade detailing to be retained throughout the design development process.”
